出産後はパパのサポートが重要!役割は?【誰でも守れる3つのルール】

出産後のママへの体のケア心のケアはとても大事

まず出産後のママの苦労を理解するには、どんなことが大変なのかを知らなければなりません。女性は出産時に会陰(えいん)が切れ痛み、悪露が出る際に出産時ほどの痛みを感じる人もいるようです。そのため、産後1ヶ月はママが寝たきりで過ごせる様なサポートが必要となります。

もちろん、寝たきりになるにはパパの育休や祖父母を呼ぶ、または実家に帰るなど常に誰かいる生活をしなければなりません。パパは家事ができる事が前提ですし、祖父母も価値観や知見がしっかり合わなければママがストレスを感じてしまいますので、子供を産む前にしっかり家族で話し合うことも非常に重要です。

パパは仕事で忙しくても、里帰りで離れていてもコミュケーションを密にとり、ママのケアを!

産後はパパにもできることはいっぱいある[3つのルール]

パパは何ができるかを考えてみましょう。育休を取得できるのであれば、前述のとおり寝たきりのママをサポートする期間として、産後1ヶ月間の育休取得がベストタイミングとなります。しかし、注意したいのは育休を取得しても、家に居るだけで何もしないのは本当に意味がないので、家事やお手伝いができる方だけ育休を取りましょう!

もちろん育休を取得しづらい方もいると思います。その場合、パパは3つのルールを決めるだけでママのサポートをする事ができるのです。

1.夜6時から10時には家にいる

夜の6時から10時までの時間がママが最も忙しい時間なので、育休は取得できなくても職場から定時や早めに帰るだけでも、ママの負担を減らすことができます。

2.不要な外出をしない(飲み会など)

1番いて欲しい夜の時間帯にパパが出かけてしまうのは、ママにとっては負担が大きくなってしまいます。パパが家にいるだけでママの気持ちが少しは楽になります。産後は飲み会などの参加は控えるようにしましょう。

3.自分ができることは積極的におこなう

仕事で帰りが遅くなり料理や掃除、洗濯など家事ができないパパも少なくないと思いますが、「俺は何もできない」と思わずオムツの交換や抱っこ、お風呂後の拭き上げ着衣など少しでもママの手助けを積極的におこないましょう

しかし、できないことを無理にすると逆にママにストレスを与えてしまう可能性があります。なので「できることからコツコツと」サポートをしていくのが良いでしょう。
